Your numbers,
only yours.
Tivro shows founders their own revenue. This page lists everything Tivro keeps to do that. Last updated 7 October 2026.
What Tivro keeps
- Your account. The identifier Sign in with Apple gives Tivro, and your first name if you chose to share it. Tivro doesn’t ask for your email address.
- Your businesses. Their names, colours, websites and icons, and access to the Stripe accounts and RevenueCat projects you connect. Access keys are stored encrypted.
- Your sales. For each sale: the product, amount, currency, time, store and the buyer’s country. Tivro doesn’t keep your customers’ names, email addresses or payment details. It also keeps monthly recurring revenue, subscriber counts and churn per business.
- Your devices. The push notification addresses of your iPhone and Apple Watch, and your alert, currency and time zone settings.
- Your membership. Which plan you bought and its dates, as reported by the App Store. Apple handles the payment; Tivro never sees your card.
What Tivro doesn’t do
No ads, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics companies, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Who helps
- Cloudflare runs Tivro’s server and database.
- Apple handles sign-in, notifications and App Store payments.
- Stripe and RevenueCat are where your sales come from, only for the accounts you connect. Tivro only reads from them.
How long
Sales are deleted after 400 days. Devices that haven’t been seen for 120 days are forgotten. Disconnecting a business removes its access. Deleting your account in Settings removes everything above for good, except the App Store’s record of a subscription (Apple’s transaction number, plan and dates), which stays without any link to you so you can restore it on a new account.
